Hi! I'm Hannah.
My goal is to create joy for others through well-researched work. Since I’m early in my career, I haven’t discovered my niche quite yet. I’m open to anything in the realm of branding, print, packaging, and web, with a dash of illustration, marketing, and copywriting.
Outside of design, I’m into riding roller coasters, tracking my Spotify stats, and watching slightly-too-long video essays on increasingly specific topics.
Attending the Delaware Area Career Center kickstarted my design journey. My teachers instilled in my class a love for the creative process. I learned design basics, made lifelong connections with staff and students, and placed nationally with BPA (Business Professionals of America) and SkillsUSA. I am now a Digital Design advisory board member and have returned to judge senior presentations and the regional BPA competition.
I’ve spent the past four years at The Modern College of Design, both in person and online. The program takes a holistic approach to design, teaching technical proficiency, business fundamentals, leadership skills, and marketing strategy. Each course has pushed me to think critically, design intentionally, and create work that resonates with people.
I’ve been able to practice leadership and strategy through AAF’s NSAC (National Student Advertising Competition), working as the Media Director, Co-Marketing Director, and Co-Presenter on the 2022 team.
